Scope

Plumbing & Site Utilities

Install a new sewer connecting to both the existing shower and mechanical room. Provide new DWV piping connecting to existing UG DWV for installation of new drains in the mechanical room. Install new water piping connected to existing piping above the ceiling to supply new eyewash stations.

Project Description

Removal of two existing pools and replacement with a new 35-meter x 25-meter pool and associated mechanical equipment yard (built in the existing mechanical yard). New pool deck with fence and gates. A new path of travel lighted and safe dispersal area to be provided.
