Scope

Site Utilities and Plumbing

Site Storm Drain, Sewer, and Domestic Water – C-900 piping and SDR-35, LSS Piping is Schedule 80. LSS piping will receive a concrete encasement as shown in the plans. A small section of offsite paving is to be provided for patching back of utility installation.

Project Description

Construction of Orange county OC Zoo Large Mammal Exhibit, including single story holding building, LSS and Kitchen building, outdoor auxiliary holding, habitat enclosures, on-site utilities, landscaping, paving, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and incidental work.
