Scope

Plumbing and Site Utilities

Provide site utilities to the new 2-story classroom. Connect utilities to existing site utilities. Provide layout per plan and survey. Provide rip rap, basins, and headwalls. Install underground up to roof top plumbing complete. Provide fixtures for restrooms and classrooms. Extensive drainage for both roof and walkways.

Project Description

Construction of a new 2-story classroom building consisting of 15 classrooms, restrooms, and associated auxiliary spaces. Additional scope of work includes 4 20×20 fabric shade structures, 3 30×42 lunch shelters, and site improvements.
