Building Info Modeling (BIM)

Building Info Modeling is an intelligent 3D model-based process that gives architecture, engineering, and construction professionals tools such as 3D visualization, change management, building simulation, data management, and building operations.

In the new era of technology, it is imperative to stay ahead of the curve. We have adopted the use of building information modeling which is a process involving the generation of digital representation of physical and functional characteristic of places. We do this by using only the latest technology – The Autodesk suite of application:

  • AutoCad Architecture
  • AutoCad MEP
  • Navisworks
  • Revit MEP

SysQue allows real manufacturer content to be modeled into the system with construction and fabrication levels of development (LOD) 300 and 400. This includes pipe connectivity, true cut lengths, fitting counts, etc. SysQue Spool creates the fabrication isometric drawings, with a bill of materials, component annotation and dimensioning.

  • SysQue Supports
  • SysQue Spool
  • SysQue BOM

Trimble Field Link for MEP is the only way to bring the design intent to the field. Our Design Department sends the layout to the Trimble Robotic Total Station, which then uses GPS technology to map out and measure points for accurate layout and placement. This not only eliminates error from potential measuring issues, but reduces downtime and increases efficiency of projects. This robotic total station is used for projects involving building site utilities, existing grades, pipes flush with slab for tilt up panels, overhead layout, and wall sleeves, to name a few.
