Program Overview

We are excited to bring back our Employee Referral Program, designed to encourage and reward our current employees for referring qualified candidates to join our team. As valued members of our organization, your recommendations can play a pivotal role in helping us attract top talent and enhance our company’s growth.

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Eligibility

All current employees with a minimum of six months of service are eligible to participate in the program. The program is open to all employees except those in HR or hiring manager roles.

Positions Eligible for Referral

Public Works Plumbing Project Manager

Plumbing Journeyman

Utility Foreman

Plumbing Foreman

Pipeline Operators

Eligible Candidates

Only external candidates not currently employed by the company are eligible for referral.
Referrals do not apply to internal transfers or promotions.

 

How to Make a Referral

Email applications@procraftci.com with the applicant’s name and contact information you are referring to and the desired position. Ensure you have the candidate’s permission before submitting their information. Candidate is required to state the name of the person who referred them on their application, otherwise employee will not be compensated.

 

Selection and Hiring Process

HR and the hiring managers will review all referrals received.

If a referred candidate is selected, hired, and completes the introductory period, the referred will be eligible for the referral bonus.

 

Referral Bonuses

$3,000.00 Bonus

Public Works Plumbing Project Manager

$2,000.00 Bonus

Utility Foreman

$1,000.00 Bonus

Plumbing Journeyman

An additional $500 will be added if the referred has graduated from a State/Federal approved apprenticeship program.

Bonus Payout Time Period for Employee

 

Employees will receive their bonus in 2 split-up payments. 50% upon hiring, and the remaining 50% at the end of the introductory period.

Example:  $1000 referral fee.  Paid $500 upon hiring, and $500 at 90 days.

 

Tax Considerations

Referral bonuses will be subject to applicable tax deductions as per company policy.

 

Confidentiality

All referrals and candidate information must be treated as confidential. Disclosing a candidate’s information without their consent may result in disqualification from the program.

 

Introductory Period

Referral bonuses will be paid only after the newly hired candidate successfully completes the introductory period, which lasts 90 days from the start date.

 

Program Period

The Employee Referral Program will remain in effect until further notice.

 

Communication and Promotion

HR will promote this program through internal communications channels, such as email, text messages, and during employee meetings.

Regular updates and reminders about the program will be provided to keep employees informed.
