The path for the Pro-Craft Way was carved from the beginning. When Tim McFayden founded the company more than 20 years ago, he pledged to help others in the trade like he was helped coming up. It’s a “pay-it-forward” value that creates strong bonds. When employees know you care about them, they care about their work.
“There were people who looked out for me, showed me how to do things right,” says McFayden, now serving as Chairman of the Board. “It helped me excel in my trade. We are committed to helping our people build strong careers. We live by that commitment every day.”
