We’d like to highlight Leslie Kussman who heads our Service department. Having been with Pro-Craft for about 2.5 years, Leslie is a natural-born leader who never fails to make our clients happy. She brings a light-hearted attitude to work every day and is a pleasure to work with.

Since taking on the role of Service Manager, she has demonstrated superior customer service skills and oversees team operations to meet our service goals. She also recently completed the year-long Coalition for Adequate School Housing (C.A.S.H.) Maintenance Management Certification Program. She’s an asset here at Pro-Craft and we are proud to have her on our team!
