Pro-Craft is proud to announce being recognized in four categories of the 2023 Associated Builders and Contractors Top Performers lists that highlight contractor members for achievements in safety, quality, inclusion, diversity and equity, project excellence, and special designations, ranked by work hours.
For the second year in a row, the company placed in all four categories it qualified for, placing 103rd nationally on the Top 250 Performers list, 55th nationally for trade contractors, 16th nationally for top plumbing/HVAC contractors (top-ranked in California), and 12th nationally for education contractors.
“Being named as a top performer by ABC is a credit to our dedicated team that puts safety and quality at the forefront of everything we do,” said president/CEO Chris McFayden. “As we look to the future, we are excited about initiatives that will continue to propel our workforce, processes and technologies to remain a driving force in California construction.”
The 2023 lists identify the Top 250 Performers, Top General Contractors, Top Trade Contractors, Top Electrical Contractors, Top Plumbing/HVAC Contractors, Top Specialty Contractors and Top Performers by Market, all of which have earned the elite AQC credential. The Top Performers with Special Designations achieved STEP Gold or higher in 2022 and hold one or more special designations.
Michael Bellaman, president and CEO of ABC, noted a trend among awarded contractors. “This year’s ABC Top Performers agree that culture is key,” he said. “Not only is a strong corporate culture an essential component of a thriving and vibrant workplace, but it helps retain top talent, create safe and healthy jobsites, and build better communities.”
