Our Design-Build/Assist Service uses the latest technology to streamline the design process and work efficiently in the field. Utilizing our Design-Build/Assist Service allows project owners to use one contract for both design and construction services, creating a unified workflow from pre-construction to owner turnover. We use BIM, Building Scanning, and Trimble to capture detailed data of job sites, collaborate on the planning, design, and construction of a project, and layout systems before they are built. Using these technologies allows us to build smarter and more accurate projects for our clients.

Pro-Craft can install any Hydronic system from the point of connection to the point of use. Large-diameter underground site infrastructures to multi-story projects. We have experience in hot and chilled water, broilers, coil hookups, pumps, welding, water treatment, and central plant systems. We can also offer design, plans and specifications, engineering, budgeting, constructability review service, and post-build servicing.
